Nope! You do not need to be home. As long as we have safe access to your yard, we can take care of the dirty work while you’re away.

We scoop in most weather conditions. However, severe weather, heavy snowfall, or unsafe conditions may require us to delay or reschedule service. If your service is affected, we’ll keep you informed.

Your pet’s safety is important to us. We securely close your gate before leaving and send you a photo for added peace of mind. We also clean and sanitize our equipment between properties.

Absolutely! We take great care while working on your property, but we also understand that accidents can happen. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, you can have peace of mind knowing that Kevin’s K-9 Clean Up is insured and you won’t be left responsible for unexpected costs.

You’ll receive a notification when we’re on the way. Our branded clothing and vehicle signage will also make Kevin’s K-9 Clean Up easy to recognize when we arrive.

We keep billing simple and automatic so you don’t have to think about it. Your card or bank account is securely stored on file, and payments are automatically processed for recurring services. You’ll receive a receipt after each payment and can update your payment method anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us.
